This first-time event allows you to taste local sake from Aichi, Gifu, and Mie as 'Shin-Sake' such as 'freshly squeezed' or 'first squeeze' made with new rice produced locally for local consumption. In addition to tasting booths, there are snack booths and DJ booths set up so you can enjoy sake while listening to music. To participate, you need a 'Starter Set' that can be exchanged for '10 venue food and beverage coins + original ochoko sake cup + wristband.'
