Museums not only display materials but also have an important role in "collecting" and "preserving" them. Since its opening in 1991, the museum has collected over 180,000 materials. In this exhibition, from among the museum's collection, including familiar masterpieces and unknown valuable materials, we introduce the formation and significance of the museum's collection. In addition, in this prefecture where population decline and depopulation are progressing, we ask about the meaning of passing on these collections to the next generation.
