Park is freely open during the day. Within the 1,800 square meter park, 40 varieties and about 40,000 tulips are planted and beautiful. Next to the grounds is a log house-style rest area, with a view from the observation deck overlooking the park. A 9m windmill was also completed in spring 1997, gaining popularity. Events are also held on Sundays during the blooming period, bustling with many people.
