Seikei Park in Taku City, Saga Prefecture, was built by Taku-born coal magnate Korenoyoshi Takatori with his own funds. Natural beauty and artificial beauty are in harmony. About 400 cherry trees bloom throughout the park, and there is also a folk museum, a brick-built library designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, and Kanoutei, a wooden Japanese-style public hall.
