An afternoon tea held with the theme of the colors of the four seasons, changing its content each season. In spring, the theme is "strawberry," and you can enjoy various menus. In addition to sweets such as a strawberry mousse topped with a cute-looking Kumachan bavarois, a crepe brûlée with strawberry sauce, and scones, savories are also all about strawberries, such as a dish combining Hokkaido scallops with strawberries and a fritter made by tempura-frying strawberries.
