Fishing boats are moored on the Uchikawa, which has the atmosphere of a port town. On both banks, 130 cherry trees line up over 600 meters. There are bridges over the river such as 'Higashibashi' covered with a gabled roof, 'Kaguraashi' where the light and color of 72 stained glass panels are fantastic, and 'Hojozubashi' which evokes the historical romance of the Muromachi era. From each bridge, you can view the cherry blossoms.
