The "National Anglerfish Summit" is a food festival in Kitaibaraki City, the birthplace of fishermen's "anglerfish dobujiru," bringing together anglerfish dishes from across the country—the first of its kind. To spread the deliciousness and wonder of anglerfish dishes nationwide, the event features anglerfish hot pot and anglerfish dish sales, anglerfish hanging-cut demonstrations, stage lives, and more.
