In Nagashima Town, located at the northernmost tip of Kagoshima Prefecture, the flower event 'Yumeoi Nagashima Flower Festa' is held every spring. The venue on the hill has a good view, and taking pictures with the heart monument's bell in the evening is also recommended. In addition to the venue 'Sunset Hill', flowers bloom at 'Kawatoko Fureai-no-Sato' where bougainvillea blooms in full, and along the 'Round Flower Road' which connects flower beds along the town's roadside. Special flower festa events and various events are also held every Sunday.
