An event to fully savor the local sake and fermentation culture that Higashi-Mino prides itself on. Eight sake breweries from the Higashi-Mino region gather, offering free tasting and drink-comparison using Mino ware sake cups. Fermented foods rich in local color also appear, including gohei mochi, fermented tomato chicken curry, miso buta-don, koji bento, ho-ba sushi, taro miso oden, and sake lees cheesecake. Through fermentation workshops and stage events that allow learning and experience, as well as a participatory shopping lottery with rattling drums, you can fully enjoy the charm of Higashi-Mino.
