A park with about 120 Yoshino cherry and double cherry blossom trees and one of Japan's leading rowing courses. You can enjoy rowing competitions and practice scenes while viewing the cherry trees planted along the course. On the Arakawa Embankment adjacent to Toda Park, there is the 1 km long 'Toda Sakura Embankment' (managed by Toda City).
