The Benten cherry blossom row that continues for about 1.5 km on the right bank of the Kuzuryu River is called 'Hitome Senbon' (a thousand at a glance), where about 450 Somei Yoshino cherry trees show their beautiful appearance. From early to mid April every year, the 'Benten Sakura Festival' is held, with stalls lining the cherry blossom tunnel. Also, in the evenings to 22:00 for one week before and after the cherry blossom festival, paper lanterns and andon lights are lit, allowing you to enjoy night cherry blossoms with a magical atmosphere.
