An afternoon tea full of strawberries, featuring sweets that make the most of strawberry aroma, sweetness, and texture. The menu composition changes in each of the two periods named First Movement and Second Movement, and the main sweet on the plate also changes monthly: 'Charlotte aux Fraises' in January and 'Strawberry Macaron' in February. The savories created by the chef of 'Ocean Milano', a specialty restaurant representing Hilton Yokohama, include gratins of domestic beef stewed in beer and waffles with seasonal vegetables, bacon, and cheese, enhancing the sweetness of strawberries.
