A park where about 2,000 cherry trees line up around the Tachioka Pond and Hanazono Pond. They usually reach their peak from late March to early April, and it is one of the prefecture's leading hanami spots, crowded with families. Pink cherry blossoms reflected on the pond surface are also beautiful and well worth seeing. The completely different expressions of day and night fascinate many tourists. Additionally, the park has a sports center, and facilities such as campsites and tennis courts can be used.
