Around the White-Robed Great Kannon, beloved as a symbol of Takasaki, about 3,000 Yoshino cherry trees and mountain cherries are planted, announcing the arrival of spring. Souvenir shops line up along the approach, and during the cherry blossom season, it bustles with many people. Illumination is also planned at night, and it is also famous as a spot where you can see night cherry blossoms. The 'Takasaki Spring Festival' is planned annually during the cherry blossom season.
