A Flower Festival where you can enjoy the spring flower blooming relay at the National Showa Memorial Park, which boasts an area 39 times larger than Tokyo Dome. Starting with 250,000 rapeseed flowers, 31 varieties of about 1,500 cherry trees, 260 varieties and 250,000 bulbs of tulips, California poppies and linaria at the Herb Hill Bouquet Garden bloom one after another, beautifully coloring the park. Photo spots are set up at each flower field at peak bloom, and events featuring soap bubbles dance, spring-limited menu sales, and outdoor concerts by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force Central Band are also held.
