An event to unveil new sake and introduce the brewery. Tasting of various new sake and limited sake, as well as cocktails and highballs based on Japanese sake. Brewery tours guided by the master brewer himself are limited to 5 people per day, and the popular all-you-can-pack sake lees is limited to twice a day, 8 people each time. The normally private tatami room and inner garden associated with Yosano Akiko will also be specially opened during the period. In addition to a quiz rally on sake brewing and Shunoten, a fun lottery ticket is given for every 2,000 yen worth of product purchases.
