A kura (brewery) opening event held at Umenoyado Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery in Nara Prefecture. Limited sake and original cocktails available by the cup for these two days only, along with diced steak of Nara brand beef 'Mahoroba Akagyu,' and an impressive live demonstration of straw-smoked bonito—brewery-perfect food pairings. A brass band performance by the Kashihara City Wind Orchestra and taiko drumming by the Nara Prefectural Nara Commerce and Industry High School Taiko Club are also featured.
