Bizan Park, located in the eastern part of Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture, is accessible on foot from the ropeway mountaintop station. The cherry blossoms seen in bright sunlight are spectacular. At night, it is a spot where you can also enjoy the night view of Tokushima City. From the summit of Mt. Bizan, you can see the central urban area, and far away the Asan Mountains, the Seto Inland Sea, and the mountains of Kishu. Usually, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom from mid-March to early April.
