A summer tradition at Risonare Yatsugatake where you can interact with local producers, purchase vegetables, and taste them on the spot. This year, a new 'Blue-Sky Morning with Summer Vegetable Piadina' is offered, where you choose your favorite vegetables on the spot and a chef finishes them right in front of you. Also features 'Tomato Shaved Ice' using non-standard tomatoes and three types of 'Whole Vegetable Smoothies,' allowing you to fully enjoy vegetables. At the 'Sustainable Kids Studio,' children can learn about non-standard produce in a fun way.
