With the desire to introduce more people to the sake nurtured by Shinshu's rich nature, the well-received project has been planned as a second installment: 'A Journey to Savor 11 Types of Sake', visiting Shinshu's long-established breweries and including special tastings and tours that can only be experienced here. A 2-day, 1-night sake journey. On Day 1, tour three breweries around Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, and an authentic Shinshu soba shop by bus; Day 2 features free sightseeing. Capacity: 16 people per session (minimum: 12 people for tour to operate).
