An event that started in 1998 to let many people know the charm of the Atsumi Peninsula and rapeseed flowers. About 9 million rapeseed flowers bloom across roughly 160,000 square meters of rapeseed fields using fallow land. At the main venue, the Rapeseed Flower Garden, various events are held, including the 'Ikiiki Fest 2026' gathering seasonal gourmet food and specialties of the Atsumi Peninsula, and rapeseed flower picking, so both adults and children can enjoy a full day. During the period, nearby restaurants sell creative rapeseed flower dishes and sweets such as pasta, tempura, and strawberry parfaits.
