A roadside station marked by a 22-meter-tall Dutch-style windmill. About 500 Somei Yoshino are planted on the farm, and under the cherry blossoms in full bloom, it bustles with people leisurely enjoying hanami while spreading sheets. Park facilities such as roller slides, an observation tower, and athletic equipment are also installed in the farm and are popular with children. The 'Sanpomichi' flower and agricultural products direct sales shop is adjacent.
