A park built on Mt. Inohana, the birthplace of Chiba where Chiba Tsunetane established his residence, beloved as a place of relaxation for citizens. About 90 Somei Yoshino cherry trees bloom on the grounds, and the 25th Chiba Castle Cherry Blossom Festival commemorating 900 years of Chiba's founding will be held from March 28 (Sat) to April 5 (Sun), 2026 (subject to change based on bloom conditions). In 2026, 'Night Cherry Blossom Lanterns' will be launched as a pre-event from 5 PM to 8 PM on March 27 (Fri) the day before. During the Chiba Castle Cherry Blossom Festival, bamboo lights and paper lanterns will be lit from 6 PM to 8 PM, allowing visitors to enjoy a magnificent collaboration of Chiba Castle illumination with cherry blossoms.
