The annual strawberry sweets buffet. In addition to classic shortcake, chiffon cake, petit tarts, freshly made strawberry crepes, and freshly made strawberry sorbet using liquid nitrogen, you can enjoy strawberry sweets unique to this season, as well as chocolate sweets such as chocolate tart and terrine chocolat using Valrhona chocolate. Light meals such as pasta and pizza are also available, making it perfect for a late lunch.
