The 'Spring Mino Ware Grand Pottery Fair' held in Toki City, the central production area of Mino ware, celebrates its 30th edition in 2026. Multiple shops including major Mino ware wholesalers set up stalls, primarily selling tableware such as plates and mugs. Mino ware — known for its wide variety and everyday appeal — draws visitors from far and wide every year. The ability to pick up and choose from the many products on display is what makes a pottery fair special. The '9th Toki Medaka Festival' (killifish festival) is also held simultaneously.
