From the observation deck, you can look down on the cherry blossoms and enjoy a panoramic view of the city. About 1,900 Somei Yoshino cherry trees bloom, and at the summit square there is a solar eclipse observation monument and playground equipment, making it a wonderful spot for family flower viewing.
