The park is a famous cherry blossom spot with about 1,500 Yoshino cherry trees, and it also has azaleas and wisteria in spring, bush clover in autumn, and camellias in winter—a landscape showing different faces in each of the four seasons. It is selected as one of the Kagawa New 50 Sights and one of Kagawa's 100 Green Sights. From the observation deck, you can view the Seto Inland Sea and ships coming and going from the port, and the melody clock 'Carillon,' a symbol of Toryo Park, joyfully announces the time with seasonal children's songs.
