A park where you can enjoy seasonal flowers throughout the year: peony cherries and azaleas in spring, hydrangeas around June, and cosmos in autumn. From the observation deck, you can see the meandering Niyodo River and the town of Ochi, with excellent views. Bird watching is also recommended.
