Held at Yokote Park and Kanazawa Park, the festival features lantern illuminations in the evening for night cherry blossom viewing. A stamp rally featuring Yokote's uniquely flat, yokan-style hanami-dango sweet dumplings is also held, along with a Yokote Cherry Blossom Photo Contest.
