An annual strawberry fair featuring strawberries grown in Nara Prefecture. The parfaits are finished with milk gelato that enhances the flavor of the Kotoka strawberry, and three versions are available: the Kotoka Parfait topped with a single strawberry of another variety, a deluxe version perfect for those who want to enjoy three kinds of strawberries, and a super deluxe version using more than 20 strawberries, all enjoyed together with sweet-and-tart strawberry deer cookies made specially by the hotel. This time, a shortcake using Kotoka is also available.
