The 2026 (Reiwa 8) Matsuyama Spring Festival (Castle Festival) will be held over 2 days. On the 4th (Sat), various events will be held including the 53rd Yakyu-ken National Tournament, the 22nd Iyo-bushi National Tournament, and the 17th Shinonome Noh, as well as a citizens' parade, daimyo warrior procession, and various stage events. On the 5th (Sun), related events such as stage events will also be held, and the area around Matsuyama Castle will be enveloped in gorgeous bustling.
