The '61st Hitachi Cherry Blossom Festival' will be held from April 1 (Wed) to 12 (Sun) at venues including Heiwa-dori, Kamine Park, Juo Panorama Park, and Hitachi Ginza Mall Shopping Street. On April 4 (Sat) and 5 (Sun), when main events are held, Heiwa-dori becomes a pedestrian-only zone from daytime, with abundant events that visitors can enjoy including the public exhibition of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage 'Hitachi Furyu-mono', various stage events, and food stalls.
