The Gokase Sakura Project, started by high school students living in Gokase Town to liven up the town! This year, the 3rd generation will hold a cherry blossom illumination event from 3/29 to 4/11. Gokase Town is famous for the weeping cherry tree of Joenji Temple, but there are other famous cherry blossom spots. One of them is the weeping cherry of Kijiya. In conjunction with the cherry blossom illumination, restaurants and food trucks from inside and outside the town will set up shop for 2 days. Be healed by delicious gourmet food while viewing the night cherry blossoms!
