A weekend-only lunch buffet inspired by Brazilian traditional churrasco. The star meat dishes, boldly grilled in the show kitchen, are carved and served fresh in front of guests. Appetizers include ceviche, a Peruvian seafood marinated dish, and escabeche with Mediterranean roots, along with warm dishes such as Brazilian-style soup slowly simmered with beef tendon. Desserts feature colorful sweets like mango mousse and grilled pineapple tart.
