The Kurayoshi Utsubuki Nagashi-bina is a ritual where ema (votive plaques) depicting hina dolls are floated down the Tamakawa River, praying for children's growth and the purification of the river. The plaques are all collected downstream and dedicated at Kamo Shrine.
