An event where you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese sake from across the country. This spring's theme is 'Let's Toast with Fresh New Sake!' — 140 or more types of sake are available from 28 breweries, including those with awards from domestic and international appraisal competitions. The lineup covers everything from regular sake and hot sake (atsukan) to craft sake and mead made with free-spirited brewing ideas, all available for tasting and comparison. Food booths offer dishes made with seasonal ingredients, regional specialty products, and menu items from restaurants that pair beautifully with Japanese sake.
