Over 30 secondhand clothing stores from inside and outside Okayama Prefecture gather along Hokan-cho Shopping Street for a flea market in front of vacant storefronts. Around 10,000 visitors attend, mainly high school and college students and people in their 20s. Famous vintage shops from other prefectures also participate, offering goods at reasonable prices.
