At Tsuetate Onsen, the Koinobori (carp streamer) Festival is held every April, with more than 3,000 carp streamers swimming above the Tsuetate River where spring breezes blow. It is loved as a spring tradition in Oguni Town. This year too, following last year, to avoid congestion during the GW period, the dates have been changed, and on March 28 (Sat), a market titled 'Rakugo and Spring Break' will also be held. Let's go see the carp streamers swimming gracefully in the sky.
