Located in the western part of Aomori City, Nogiwako Park is a tranquil park featuring beautiful Nogiwako Lake and greenery, divided into five areas: Children's Land, Picnic Plaza, Waterfront Walk Garden, Forest Walk Garden, and Hometown Forest. Children's Land has play equipment, and Nogiwako Lake is spanned by four bridges. Fishing is also available around the lake. The park serves as one of the venues for the 'Aomori Spring Festival' alongside Aura Park.
