A spring dance performance by the geiko and maiko of Kamishichiken, boasting Kyoto's oldest history, performed at Kamishichiken Kaburenjo, also famous as a movie filming location. Part One is 'The Princess Who Counts the Bell.' Premiered domestically as a creative folk dance play based on the fairy tale 'Cinderella,' known worldwide through Disney. Part Two 'Folk Song - Forget-Me-Not' combines the desire to pass folk songs sung in Kamishichiken on to the future, layered with the meaning of the flower. In the finale 'Kamishichiken Nocturne,' all the geiko in matching black kuro-suso-hiki kimono and maiko in colorful costumes appear together.
