A single Ito-zakura cherry tree about 200 years old stands here. Also called a weeping cherry, it is a giant tree with a root circumference of 4.4 m, a trunk circumference of 3.6 m at eye height, and a height of 10 m. Its branches spread in all directions, with particularly long drooping branches and deep-colored flowers. From the Kenmin no Mori Park Line, go 600 m west from Kushigata Nishi Elementary School and you will see it on the right.
