Under the theme of 'Art & Flower', the Hibiya area is decorated with artificial flowers to celebrate the arrival of spring. At Hibiya Step Plaza, a flower dome inspired by the movie 'Wicked: For Good' will appear, and a photo spot filled with tulips will be set up on the grand staircase area next to the dome. Along Hibiya Nakadori, you can view flower art works where parts of everyday scenery such as streetlights and benches are surrounded by flowers.
