The 'Polano Festival' is held again this year at the vast grounds of the 'View Garden' at the foot of Azumane Mountain in Shiwa Town. This venue boasts a wonderful view with rural scenery spread out below. It is also a place pioneered by Kajii Motojirou, a close friend of Kenji Miyazawa. The festival features selected craft artists and food stalls, as well as workshops and music stages, offering plenty of relaxed events. With a forest and lawn plaza, it's a space enveloped in nature.
