The exhibition of the picture book series "Extinct for a Reason" (Diamond Publishing), in which animals that went extinct for surprising reasons tell their own stories, will be held for the first time in the Tokai region. Specimens and fossils of creatures from the Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic eras will be displayed in chronological order, introducing which creatures thrived and became extinct in each era. Many explanatory panels have been newly written for this exhibition, so even those who have already read the book can enjoy it.
