Located on a small hill overlooking the streets of Matsuoka and the scenery around the Kuzuryu River. You can also view the 'Matsuoka 12 Bends', a characteristic of castle town formation. Within the park is the late 6th century round burial mound 'Kasugayama Kofun' which can be visited. It is also popular as a cherry blossom viewing spot in spring.
