Every year from early to late April, about 6,000 nemophila plants bloom in their best viewing condition over an area of 400 square meters at the Windmill Hill, which features a flowering meadow (hill) inspired by France's Bas-Seine Eco Museum and a windmill. You can stroll among the flowers and have a panoramic view of the Yoshino River from the summit with great views.
