Mt. Uomidake is a famous cherry blossom spot where about 600 Yoshino cherries bloom, and cherry blossoms viewed against Chiringa Island as a backdrop are stunningly beautiful. The view of Kinko Bay from the summit and 'Chiringa Island,' also called the island of marriage ties, is breathtaking, and it is also popular as a night view spot overlooking the Ibusuki urban area. You can drive up to the summit.
