An afternoon tea collaboration between the long-established Japanese confectionery shop 'Taneya', founded in 1872, and 'The St. Regis Osaka'. You can enjoy sweets that fuse Japanese and Western styles, including warabi mochi with a shelf life of only 30 seconds so you can taste its freshly made texture, anmitsu strawberry where the smooth texture of agar combines with the richness of black syrup and the tartness of strawberries, and namagashi carefully crafted by artisans. Enjoy them together with savories using spring ingredients that enhance the sweetness of Japanese confections, such as bamboo shoot and prosciutto quiche.
