At Naegi Sakura Park in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture, about 700 Yoshino cherry trees are planted in the park, dyeing the entire mountain pink with cherry blossoms in full bloom. The view overlooking the Naegi area is also wonderful. Since it reaches peak bloom slightly later than urban areas, you can enjoy Yoshino cherries for a long period at various places throughout the city.
