In spring, weeping cherry trees in full bloom along the banks of the Kuratsugawa River are illuminated in soft light, creating a mystical atmosphere. Concerts under the cherry blossoms at night and traditional performing arts such as mikoshi and lion dances are also performed. The special Mukasari Procession, which walks through the fantastically lit night cherry blossoms, is a unique moment to experience the world of cherry blossoms and lights. Food stalls also line the area, where you can enjoy the flavors of spring and the lively atmosphere alongside the cherry blossom scenery.
